DEAR REALIZATION

Mmmmhhhh.... No starting words for this text. Is this normal or its just me who when they think of there little sister they first pose. Picture yourself, the ten year old jovial, "everything is possible" pretty you yet as naive as a kitten.
I was born ambitious and hopeful to all things. At a young age most of us know they want success as that is the only thing that our parents always tell us.

Truth be told not all of us end up as our parents want. We end up in different paths that we choose and live with.
Regardless to say there are some that had lions as parents and they did things to the letter. Later to thank them with a good hug and "a chai ya wazazi" (tea for parents). On the other side of the  coin, there are those who live in agony for doing that which dad and mum said will bring joy and success to them. That's for another day,

I tend to believe that most folks want the best for us unless you are blessed with emotional challenged one which is rare but possible. Who should still be respected and honoured at all means. They give birth to us and I tend to think the pain of a mother is the centre of all the love  they have for there pikkins (learning a bit of Nigeria)
Therefore its only right that we love and respect them but since they are also not a hundred percent capable of ensuring that which we are born to do....can we go to the Creator and ask. I know its the only sure way of a clear direction for its only the potter who can tell you the purpose of the pot (s)he is creating. He likes being asked as He clearly says, ask, but one should first have a relationship with Him to understand all these in clear perspective.

My last remark is I was once lost and now I'm found..i was a prodigal for much too long not realising that even the least of my father's servants ate and dressed well. Realise you are greater than your sponsor (najua nimeguza pabaya) you selling your birthright not knowing your reward is to that which is only a moment.

Let's focus on the cross. Sin I have tasted and yet didn't find any fulfillment nor something I can boost to.

Love you all
Imelda.

  1. Blessed is the one who finds wisdom, and the one who gets understanding, for the gain from her is better than gain from silver and her profit better than gold. She is more precious than jewels, and nothing you desire can compare with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace. ...
